Primary School Art Competition – 21 September 2022
On Wednesday 21 September, Year 5 and Year 6 Primary School students from our local intake primary schools, Balcatta, West Balcatta, Osborne, Takari and Tuart Hill Primary Schools, were invited to participate in our annual art competition. The theme this year was “Endangered Australian Animals”.
Parents attended the exhibition which was held in the Ron Murphy Art Gallery. One student from each primary school and year group was awarded a Certificate of Excellence and Certificate of Merit. There was also a Principal’s Award which was won by Isabelle (Year 6), West Balcatta Primary School.
Thank you to the many parents, carers, primary school teachers and students who attended this event.
The attendees had the opportunity to select a People’s Choice Award winner which will be announced next term.
