2022 META Exhibition

The 2022 META Art and Design exhibition will be presented by North Metropolitan TAFE (NMT) from Monday 1 August to Friday 19 August 2022. The exhibition showcases innovative and exciting creative works completed by Year 11 and Year 12 students enrolled in visual art and design courses.

Congratulations to Year 12 student, Hana Abbott, whose artwork has been selected (two years in a row!) for this exhibition.  Her artwork, ‘Culture’s Odyssey”, a print on rice paper, has been shredded and embroidered back together in Hana’s exploration of being a “third culture kid” in Australia.

Artworks are judged on submission which means Hana has been selected over the top of many other Years 11/12 Visual Art and Design students in Western Australia.
