Instructions for parents booking appointments online through SOBS
Bookings for Course Selection for Year 10 students going into year 11 are booked online through SOBS. If you are experiencing difficulty please ring 9345 8200 and ask for assistance.

The following instructions will assist if you are having trouble.
1. Click on Parent/Teacher Interview Bookings
2. Click on Parent Access on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Enter Balcatta SHS for School Selection and press Search. Click on our school name when it appears on the right hand side.
4. Click on Parents click here.
5. Enter your email address (or telephone number) then press Next.
6. Enter your full name and telephone number then press Next.
7. Enter your child’s first name and surname then select your child’s year level. If you have more than one child, you will be able to another name in the next step. Press Next.
8. Add another child here or click on Book interviews.
9. Click to select the teachers you would like to see for your first child then press Next.
10. In the example below, Ms Curtis is unavailable. To request an interview or conversation with Ms Curtis at another time, please click on her name at the bottom of the screen. An email will notify Ms Curtis requesting her to contact you using the details you have entered.
11. Click to select your preferred time for each teacher then press Save.
12. Repeat this process if you have another child, then press Email Schedule and/or Print Schedule for your own copy of the appointments. Press Logoff when complete.
